We grow all our own vegatables on the land adjacent to the restaurant. This way we can ensure that the food served on your plate is as fresh as can be and we also know where it came from. We source all our other ingredients from local farmers and suppliers, again to ensure quality and freshness but also to help the local area and sustainability.
